This coffee comes from the mountainous regions of Jinotega and Las Segovias in northern Nicaragua and is grown by members of the Asociación Aldea Global, a cooperative of over 1,300 small coffee farmers, many of whom are from the Chorotega indigenous community.

Grown on small farms averaging just 3 hectares, this coffee reflects a deep commitment to quality, sustainability and community values. The high altitude, combined with cool mountain air and fertile volcanic soils, produces beans with bright acidity, dense structure and refined complexity.
